Peer Support Co-ordinators

Open to Year 12 students to register their interest, approximately 120 students are then selected,  and undergo a three day programme in values based social skills training at the conclusion of the academic year.  The programme equips them with the skills to facilitate a ten day orientation programme with Year 9 students at the beginning of the new year.


SADD Group    (Students Against Driving Drunk)

Open to all students to register their interest.  The SADD committee (maximum of 12 students) ideally includes representatives from Years 11, 12 and 13 and meets on a regular basis.  Members of the committee plan and deliver activities related to raising awareness of road safety and drunk driving, attend meetings in and out of the school and maintain links with the Auckland City Council, SADD students from other schools and the Regional SADD coordinator.
