Uniform and Stationery Shop Manager

PERMANENT, TERM TIME ONLY | STARTING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Lynfield College is inviting applications for the position of Uniform and Stationery Shop Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management and oversight of all shop functions and must be highly organised with an efficient and thorough approach to administration tasks.

As the role involves liaising with suppliers, along with our school community of students, staff and whanau, you will need to have excellent communication skills as well as a friendly and inclusive personality.

A strong work ethic and the ability to operate with limited supervision will be needed. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Confidence in using technology to manage the financial operations of the Uniform and Stationery Shop will also be required.

The role is part-time during school term-time for approximately 20 hours per week. Extra hours are available for late nights and Saturday’s throughout the year and prior to the start of the subsequent school year to meet the needs of our students and their whanau.

Experience in KAMAR would be an advantage. There is a possibility of additional hours in the Technology Faculty.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a largely sole-charge environment that takes pride in managing a team of seasonal shop staff that support our students to look their best in the Lynfield College uniform.
