Homework Centres

The Mathematics Problem Clinic operates in G15 each day of the week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during lunchtimes, Tuesday after school until 4 pm.

Students from Maths courses at all year levels can attend with no prior booking necessary. A Mathematics teacher is available to assist students with any course related material, including homework, catch-up on missed classes, assessment preparation, etc. Students should bring relevant work with them (textbook, task sheet, etc.) and have organised suitable questions that need to be asked so that available time can be utilised efficiently

The ESOL Homework Centre is held on Thursdays in L6 from 3.15 until 4.00pm.  One-on-one assistance is provided to English Language Learners (migrants, refugees, international students), particularly in Science, Maths, Economics, Accounting.

The Science Homework Centre is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday andThursday lunchtimes (first half) in G7 for students from Years 9-11 who would like assistance with Science.

There is a Homework Centre for Chinese students to help their Chinese homework after school on every Thursday. This is run by Mrs Fang.

Te Reo Māori Homework Centre is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3.15 - 4pm at the College Marae, Te Ringa Awhina.
