Innovative Learning Programme

Year 9 and 10 students have the option of joining the Innovative Learning Programme.

Innovative Learning sees students learn collaboratively in real-world contexts. The boundaries between subjects are more flexible. Some projects the students have been involved in include creating hoodies and tote bags with social messages (Technology and English), and designing and making a geometrically accurate cultural pendant (Maths and Technology). 

The Innovative Learning programme occupies most of the students’ timetable, but they are still able to have Arts and Language options.

Applications to join the Innovative Learning programme at either Year 9 or Year 10 are invited from Term 4.
