Scholarships for Tertiary Study

Each year there are a scholarships for tertiary study that students may apply for. Our Academic Advisor Mr Neil Waddington has details, as has Ms Wendy Keir at the Careers and Guidance Centre.

MONEYHUB UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP GUIDE

MoneyHub, a consumer finance website, has published a guide to hundreds of scholarships for any student planning to start university in 2024. The comprehensive list includes scholarships offered by every university as well as those specifically available to local students. A list of privately-funded, Maori, Pacific and International university scholarships completes the list. Applications close throughout the year, with tens of millions of dollars available. MoneyHub has also published a list of tips for scholarship success.

Lynfield College Sports or Creative, Innovative Scholarship

Applications are now open for a second round of this Scholarship for 2023.

Any student who is representing their chosen activity (sport or creative, innovative) at regional, national or international level may apply for these scholarships. The School Board have decided there will be a SECOND round this year.

Recipients may use the scholarship to assist with expenses directly related to the activity in which they excel while they are representing the College.
