Year 10

Music Focus

Year 10 music focuses on developing instrumental skills and gaining experience rehearsing and performing as a member of a group.  Students will also have the opportunity to compose their own music and capture their ideas using music technology during the Film Music unit. Basic music theory and aural skills are also covered.

This course provides students with the skills and knowledge they need to study NCEA Level 1 Music.
